Mission: is to educate the minds of at-risk youth ages 8-18 years old and strive to eliminate hopelessness within underserved and under-resourced communities through mentorship and community engagement. 
 

Our Vision: 

is educated and hopeful youths, communities are free of violence, resources are plentiful, and the residents are collectively engaged in cultivating the community and city.

Chi Youth Leadership Program

Our goal is to provide at-risk youths aged 8 to 18 years old with the necessary tools and experiences to develop leadership skills, enhance their health and wellness, and actively engage in their communities. Through a combination of interactive activities, discussions, workshops, and real-life experiences, participants will gain valuable life skills, improve their overall well-being, and contribute positively to their community by helping eliminate violence and create leaders in action.

College Essential Care Kit Program

City Motivators College Essential Care Kit Program provides Chicago and South Suburban high school seniors going to college with various essential items such as laundry detergent, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizers, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and more.

Rachel Royal Fundraiser

We aim to raise funds in honor of those who show selfless kindness and service. The Rachel Royal Fundraiser celebrates Rachel Walker, beloved board member and mother of City Motivators Executive Director, Felicia Walker. Rachel served as treasurer and on the advisory committee, dedicating herself to helping others with generosity, love, and respect. She empowered youth and believed deeply in the power of blessing others.
